The panga boat can comfortably hold up to 6 people, so-called because it resembles a knife in shape. This panga has a modest-sized open outboard-powered motor, a fishing boat common throughout much of the world. Here in Guanacaste, Costa Rica are some of the most pristine coastlines and the beaches you will ever see. And specifically stretching up and down around Flamingo are some of the most beautiful and secluded beaches. Your captain and deck mate will select the best snorkel spots of the day judging the wind and sea conditions for the clearest views possible. The volcanic lava reefs in the area are filled with a multitude of reef fish and sea urchins, starfish, and anemones. You might even see turtles, manta rays, or pufferfish. After a light snack and refreshments, you can fish around the outer islands off of Flamingo, or you can even visit the Catalinas Islands as well. If you prefer to only fish or snorkel for your entire trip, we can make that happen.
