You will learn from a specially designed curriculum created to enlighten and engage your senses and instruct you on how to reach deeper levels of awareness. Days start at 6-6:30 am with Yoga and exercise followed by instruction and philosophy. Meals and snacks are served throughout the day starting at breakfast through dinner. Shared or private accommodation is provided. Please be respectful that you will be living in a group setting. There is no better place in the world to begin or continue your Yoga practice. A four week advanced course for already registered 200 RYT Teachers or those wishing to take their practice further. In order to get the most out of this advanced course, you should first take the RYT 200 course to get your foundation. Meals and accommodation included. Take your Yoga practice to the next level and learn how to go deeper into your energy body. Our Yoga Alliance® certified Yoga school will change your body, mind, and breath. Our kind and gentle teachers will guide you on a four week journey of 300 hours of Yoga teacher training with lectures, practice, discussion, reading, videos, and more. You will learn from a specially designed curriculum created to enlighten and engage your senses and instruct you on how to reach deeper levels of awareness. Days start at 6-6:30 am with Yoga and exercise followed by instruction and philosophy. Meals and snacks are served throughout the day starting at breakfast through dinner.
