The tropical landscapes surrounding Matapalo are home to a variety of wildlife.

As you ride, watch the trees and surrounding vegetation for tropical birds, reptiles and monkeys that may occasionally be spotted along the route. Every turn brings a different combination of jungle scenery, coastal views and the peaceful atmosphere of rural Guanacaste.
 

Bring Your Bathing Suit

The Pacific is part of the experience, so don't forget your bathing suit. Depending on the route and conditions, there may be an opportunity to stop along the way and enjoy a refreshing swim in the Pacific Ocean before continuing your ATV adventure.

ATVs are no longer permitted to ride directly on the beach or sand. Our beach tours travel along scenic backroads and permitted trails near the coastline, offering beautiful views of Guanacaste’s beaches and the Pacific Ocean without riding on the sand.
